About HARD Summer Music Festival

In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, HARD Summer Music Festival and FestDrive are proud to offer bus service to and from the festival from two locations: Downtown Los Angeles and Irvine.

We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on an air-conditioned shuttle to HARD Summer Music Festival!

Buses will run on both days Saturday August 5th and Sunday August 6th with seven (7) convenient pick-up times to choose from to get you to the festival, the buses will head back each night at 9pm, with the final bus leaving no later than 45 minutes post final act (11:45pm)

ONLY $40.00 (per day) Round Trip

Buses will be air-conditioned, and have a designated shuttle drop-off/pick-up location within the venue lots and close proximity to the main entrance!

SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMES

Please choose your date, and from there you will be prompted to select one of the following time to the festival grounds. Remember, festival gates open at 12:00pm noon and music begins at 1:00pm each day!

Scheduled Shuttles will depart on both Saturday and Sunday from DTLA and Irvine at the following times:

• 12:00 pm

• 1:00 pm

• 2:00 pm

• 3:00 pm

• 4:00 pm

• 5:00 pm

• 6:00 pm

The last shuttle pick-up to go to the festival will be at 6:00pm

There will be no shuttle transfers between the hours of 7:00pm – 9:00pm each day. Then beginning at 9:00pm buses will begin lining up at their designated pick-up location at the festival to take you back, and depart when full.

Downtown Los Angeles- : UNION STATION 800 N Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 90012 MEET OUR STAFF AT CORNER OF Ord St. AND North Spring St.

Irvine, CA – Park&Ride – 5595 Walnut Ave, Irvine, CA 92604

Patrons will be responsible for getting themselves to and from pick up locations. There are both paid and limited free lots in very close proximity to pickups.

YOUR SHUTTLE PASS PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of FestDrive. Your bus pass e-ticket will be attached to your order confirmation email. This will be a check in system however, so all you need is ID for check-in. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

GETTING ON THE BUS

To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so all you need is your valid photo ID for check-in. If someone else purchased your shuttle ticket for you, please have purchaser email tickets@busbank.com your name for check in.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Buses operate rain or shine.

These buses are operated by FestDrive. FestDrive is 100% liable for these buses to HARD Summer Music Festival.
