About Mysteryland

Mysteryland Logo Have you already decided to camp with us? Wanna catch a ride on our one of our handy shuttles? If so, now you just need to figure out what’s the most convenient shuttle stop for you and when you want to come and go by selecting both legs of your trip as one way options. All shuttles depart on Friday and return on Monday. For those who desire to get home earlier, we will offer a one way ticket option home Sunday night.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR SHUTTLE WRISTBAND WILL SIGNIFY WHICH DAY YOUR PASS IS GOOD FOR AND CAN NOT BE USED ON ANOTHER DAY.

All buses will have A/C, high back plush captain chair seating, and under storage for camping supplies. Each patron will be allowed 2 large luggage pieces (not to exceed 62 linear inches (length+width+depth=math) and 1 carry on.

  • JFK AIRPORT – TERMINAL #8 – BY THE BAGGAGE CLAIM INSIDE ($50 EACH WAY)

    • FRIDAY – 11am/1pm/3pm
    • MONDAY back – 8am/10am/NOON

  • LGA AIRPORT – TERMINAL/CONCOURSE B – BY THE BAGGAGE CLAIM INSIDE ($50 EACH WAY)

    • FRIDAY – NOON/2pm/4pm
    • MONDAY back – 8am/10am/NOON

  • GRAND CENTRAL STATION  – 42ND STREET ENTRANCE ACROSS FROM GRAND HYATT HOTEL ($50 EACH WAY) *NEW THIS YEAR*

    • Friday – 3pm ONLY
    • SUNDAY NIGHT -45 minutes POST FINAL MAIN ACT
    • Monday – Noon ONLY

PLEASE NOTE:  WHERE YOU ARE DROPPED OFF ONSITE WILL BE WHERE YOU ARE PICKED UP. IF YOU PURCHASE CAMPER SHUTTLES YOU ARRIVE/DEPART FROM A DIFFERENT SPOT THEN THE DAILY SHUTTLES. WE WILL SEND OUT EXACT LOCATIONS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

SHUTTLE PASSES

Want to sleep in your own bed each night after the festivities but don’t want to drive? We got you. Choose from a variety of locations which will depart on Friday and return each night after the show. Just make sure you select both legs of your trip to ensure you to the Holy Grounds and back at the times you wish each day.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR SHUTTLE WRISTBAND WILL SIGNIFY WHICH DAY YOUR PASS IS GOOD FOR AND CAN NOT BE USED ON ANOTHER DAY.

Buses will run daily with convenient times in, and with the final bus leaving no later than 45 minutes after final Main Stage act Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  For those of you that might want to leave earlier, buses will be available to leave around midnight each night, but due to the distance of the trips, must be at capacity prior to departing.  Please keep this in mind.

Frequent Questions

Do you sell festival tickets?

At this time, we don’t sell tickets to the events but on each event page, you should find a link to tickets for the event.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for complete details.

If I can't go can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes. Just send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the ticket for you.

How long are tickets available?

Tickets are available for purchase until all tickets are sold out, or simply no longer available. There are certain times when our inventory will drop dramatically in one day due to a spike in sales. So if you are going to purchase a package, we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.

Are shuttle tickets guaranteed?

Unless otherwise stated, all tickets are guaranteed. We will be sure to signify if minimums need to be reached for specific lines.
