Note: The shuttle tickets only, festival tickets can be purchased separately at whatthefestival.com. Please make sure you bring shuttle Eventbrite tickets and/or a valid photo ID to shuttle pick up/ drop off location, and you’ll be good to go!
In addition, to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, What the Festival is partnered with FestDrive to offer shuttle services from Portland, OR to and from the festival.
Furthermore, Please note that arrivals on Thursday, June 15th are open to Early Entry ticket holders only (those who have purchased or plan to purchase an OMG Pass, OMG Upgrade, Early Entry Add-On Pass, or Boutique Camping Options).

Please contact us in advance if there is a need for ADA accessibilty for a hassle free experience. The ADA requests must be received 2 weeks prior to the event. There is a NO REFUND policy, but tickets are transferable.
At this time, we don’t sell tickets to the events but on each event page, you should find a link to tickets for the event.

Yes. Just send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the ticket for you.
Tickets are available for purchase until all tickets are sold out, or simply no longer available. There are certain times when our inventory will drop dramatically in one day due to a spike in sales. So if you are going to purchase a package, we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.
Unless otherwise stated, all tickets are guaranteed. We will be sure to signify if minimums need to be reached for specific lines.
