In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint Firefly Festival 2016 and FestDrive are proud to offer a bus service from select cities to and from the festival! We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us and sit back, and relax on your way to Firefly!

TICKET INFORMATION

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventsprout on behalf of The BusBank/FestDrive. Your bus pass e-ticket will be attached to your order confirmation email. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Need to update the information on your order (bus time / location)? The final date to change your bus tickets is06/11/15. To make changes please contact us. The BusBank will work with you to find the best solutions but may not be able to accommodate all requests.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Buses operate rain or shine.

IMPORTANT: The date & time that you choose will be the ONLY time your bus ticket will be guaranteed. The final date to change the information on your shuttle tickets is 06/11/16. To make changes please contact us. If you do miss your specific bus time we will do our best to get you on to the next time slot, but due to capacity limits, we might not be able to accommodate.

Dependent on ridership this bus may make multiple pickups EN ROUTE to the festival.

Each ticket is ONE WAY. If you need round trip you will need to buy (2) of your needed ticket type. Once you select the location a series of questions will lead you to time dates and times to choose.

NYC, NY – Grand Central Station – 1pm departure – $65 one way
Newark, NJ – Newark International Airport – 2 pm departure – $55 one way
Philadelphia, PA – 30th Street Station – 3:30pm departure – $45 one way
Baltimore, MD – White Marsh Park and Ride – 3pm departure – $45 one way
Washington, D.C – Washington Union Station – 3pm departure – $45 one way
Wilmington, DE – Christiana Mall – 4pm departure – $35 one way

FRIDAY INGRESS 6-17-2016

NYC, NY – Grand Central Station – 10 am/2pm departure – $65 one way
Newark, NJ – Newark International Airport – 11am/3pm departure – $55 one way
Philadelphia, PA – 30th Street Station – 10am – $45 one way
Baltimore, MD – White Marsh Park and Ride – 10am/2pm – $45 one way

DAILY HOTELS SHUTTLE FROM WILMINGTON:

Pick UP – Christiana Mall :Thursday 4pm

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday – 11am, 2pm, 5pm

BACK TO MALL: Thursday – 1 hour post show

Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 8pm & 1 hour post show

These buses are operated by FestDrive. FestDrive is 100% liable for these buses to Firefly festival. FestDrive is a division of The BusBank – a leader in group and event transportation.

CHARTER BUSES TO FIREFLY FESTIVAL

If you have a large group and are looking to charter an entire bus we can help as well. Please email tickets@busbank.com with the following information and we will be happy to provide you with detailed pricing:

– Pickup date, time and location
– Any additional stops or information
– Preferred vehicle type

You will still have access to the infrastructure set up for the buses listed above allowing you access to direct bus drop locations and official staff support.

Please find your respective pick up location listed below with check in procedure.

New York City, NY – GRAND CENTRAL STATION
Please look for an individual holding a Firefly Express sign at the corner of 42nd Street and Vanderbilt. Jared will be the onsite contact and will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Again, please do your best to be there at least 15 minutes prior. The bus will leave on time in order to stay on schedule. This bus will be picking up in Newark and Philly in route, which is right on the way. We anticipate the total time of travel to the festival to be 4 hours, but can not guarantee based on traffic conditions.

Newark Airport
Please meet the bus at Terminal B charter bus pick up location. The bus will be arriving from NYC and will have a Firefly Express Sign in the window. We will not have check in staff at this location as ridership is very minimal. We will however be sending another email to this group to ensure everyone is comfortable and has the appropriate contact information for day of travel. Please look for further correspondence shortly; as we will be providing a direct line to our Director of Event Services for people to call on arrival.

Philadelphia – 30th Street Station
Please look for an individual holding a Firefly Express sign at the STATUE inside the station. Cole will be the onsite contact and will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Again, please do your best to be there at least 15 minutes prior. This bus will be coming from NYC, and we will keep Cole informed as to travel times and ETA of bus. We do not anticipate any delays, and will make sure we let everyone know if that changes.

Washington D.C- Union Station
Please look for an individual holding a Firefly Express sign at the STATUE at the entrance to the station. John will be the onsite contact and will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Again, please do your best to be there at least 15 minutes prior. Please call the Rapid Response line listed above in the event you are having a hard time finding him and we will get you there!

Baltimore, MD – White Marsh Park & Ride
Please meet the vehicle which will have a Firefly Express Sign in the window. We will not have check in staff at this location as ridership is very minimal. We will however be sending another email to this group to ensure everyone is comfortable and has the appropriate contact information for day of travel. Please look for further correspondence shortly; as we will be providing a direct line to our Director of Event Services for people to call on arrival.
