In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, Riverbend Festival and FestDrive are proud to offer bus service out of Atlanta, GA | Knoxville, TN | Nashville, TN.
We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on a shuttle to Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga, TN!
Buses will run daily on Wednesday, May 29th | Thursday, May 30th | Friday, May 31st |Saturday, June 1st with convenient pick up times to get you to the festival out of Atlanta, Knoxville, and Nashville. Buses will have a designated shuttle drop-off/pick-up location within the venue lots and close proximity to the main entrance!
You are guaranteed a seat each night 1 hour after the conclusion of final act.
Patrons will be responsible for getting themselves to and from pick up location. There are paid and limited free lots in close proximity to pick up locations.

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of FestDrive. Your digital bus pass will be attached to your order confirmation email. This will be a check in system however, so all you need is ID for check-in.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so all you need is your valid photo ID for check-in. If someone else purchased your shuttle ticket for you, please have purchaser email tickets@busbank.com your name for check in. If you do not have your digital ticket, we can look you up by name.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges prior to 72 hours before the designated departure day. Buses operate rain or shine.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure day of the ride. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for complete details.
Send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the pass for you.
Passes are available for purchase until sold out, or simply no longer available. Due to a spike in sales, occasionally our inventory will drop dramatically. Moreover, if you are going to purchase a package we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.
Futhermore, we guarantee passes. We’ll alert you if minimums need to be met.
