PICK UP LOCATIONS

Patrons will be responsible for getting themselves to and from pick up locations. There are paid and limited free lots in close proximity to pick up locations.

BOULDER: Back of Safeway Parking Lot, 2798 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO 80302

DENVER: Wynkoop Brewing Co, 1634 18th St., Denver CO, 80202 (PICKUP ON 18th ST)

FORT COLLINS: Back of Home Depot Parking Lot, 1251 E Magnolia St, Fort Collins, CO 80524

ABOUT ARISE FESTIVAL

In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, ARISE Festival and FestDrive are proud to offer bus service to and from the festival.

We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on a shuttle to ARISE Festival!

Buses will run on Friday, August 3 for departure and Monday, August 6 for return. 25 person minimum will need to be hit in order for lines to be live.

  • All cities are $25 for One Way and $40 Round Trip

Buses will have a designated shuttle drop-off/pick-up location within the venue lots and close proximity to the main entrance!

SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMES

DEPARTURE

BOULDER: Friday, August 3 at 10am

DENVER: Friday, August 3 at 9am

FORT COLLINS: Friday, August 3 at 9am

RETURN: All buses will pickup for return on Monday, August 6 at 9am. You will be dropped off at the same location you were picked up at.

YOUR SHUTTLE PASS PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Fanzone on behalf of FestDrive. Your bus pass e-ticket will be attached to your order confirmation email. This will be a check in system however, so all you need is ID for check-in. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

GETTING ON THE BUS

To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so all you need is your valid photo ID for check-in. If someone else purchased your shuttle ticket for you, please have purchaser email tickets@busbank.com your name for check in.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Buses operate rain or shine.

These buses are operated by FestDrive. FestDrive is 100% liable for buses to and from ARISE Festival

BAGGAGE FEE

The ticket allows you room for 1 carry on and 1 personal item plus 1 bag which will be placed under the bus in storage. Maximum size is 70 inches (length + width + height). Over-sized items in excess of 70 inches but not more than 90 inches will be accepted for an oversize baggage fee of $25 per item (pay onsite).

If you have a large group and are looking to charter an entire bus we can help as well. Please email tickets@busbank.com with the following information and we will be happy to provide you with detailed pricing:

– Group size
– Pickup date, time and location
– Any additional stops or information
– Preferred vehicle type

You will still have access to the infrastructure set up for the buses listed above allowing you access to direct bus drop locations and official staff support.

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before your event start date.

Send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the ticket for you.

Tickets are available for purchase until sold out, or simply no longer available. Due to a spike in sales, occasionally our inventory will drop dramatically. Moreover, if you are going to purchase a package we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.

Futhermore, we guarantee tickets. We’ll alert you if minimums need to be met.
