Dark Lord Day Shuttle Info

Finally, Dark Lord Day 2019 is quickly approaching! Due to extremely limited parking in the area, we will again be offering shuttle service that will get you down to Munster, IN and back safely and in a timely manner. With a convenient pickup location in the City of Chicago.

Therefore, we will be offering 1 centrally located pick up location on Saturday, May 18th. It is easily accessible by public transit (several CTA bus lines, the blue line and the Metra is nearby) parking lots are also plentiful in the area.

Pick-Up Times at Green Street Local:

  • 8 am
  • 9 am
  • 10 am
  • 11 am
  • 12 pm

First of all, you will be able to select various return times depending on when you would like to leave the festival grounds. Please note that you may only be able to return at the time you have selected on your ticket, this may be strictly enforced.

However, departure times from the festival will start at 1pm and continue on the hour every hour until 11pm (After you select “Order Now” you will be prompted to select your departure time). All shuttles will be dropping off at Green Street Local.  In conclusion, we hope you enjoy the shuttle experience and we’ll see you at Green Street Local!!

Do I need a ticket to attend Dark Lord Day?

  • Yes, you must have in your possession an official Dark Lord Day ticket issued by eTix, because this is a ticket for the SHUTTLE ONLY!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

  • Especially important, everyone attending must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued I.D. anyone without an I.D. will be turned away and not allowed on to the bus.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

  • You can bring food and drink on to the bus please just make sure to be respectful and pick up your trash and take it with you off of the bus. Additionally, no hard sided coolers, chairs, weapons, firearms or fireworks will be allowed on the shuttles for music festivals.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

  • Please do not contact Three Floyd’s directly, they will simply directly you back to FestDrive. Rather, please shoot an email to tickets@busbank.com with any questions.

Is my registration/shuttle ticket transferable?

  • No, your ticket must match your I.D.

How do I show you my ticket?

  • You can show us your Mobile ticket or you can print off your tickets and bring them the day of the event.

What is the refund policy?

  • All sales are final.

The name on the registration/shuttle ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

  • No, furthermore, please make sure that you have your correct ticket before attempting to board the bus.

Yes. Just send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the ticket for you.

Tickets are available for purchase until sold out, or simply no longer available. Due to a spike in sales, occasionally our inventory will drop dramatically. So, if you are going to purchase a package, we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.

Unless otherwise stated, we guarantee tickets. We’ll alert you if minimums need to be met.
