We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the ticket attrition, the Mountain Jam shuttle bus has been cancelled. As stated on the website, we needed to hit a 25 person minimum in order to go live, and unfortunately we no longer can meet that minimum requirement.

We have issued refunds which will appear in your bank account in 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Mountain Jam has offered to give  ticket upgrades to passengers for this inconvenience – You will have access to the VIP area while you are at the Festival.

When you enter the concert venue, look for the Radio Woodstock Booth, and your name will be on the Upgrade List and you will be issued a new wristband.

Passes are available for purchase until sold out, or simply no longer available. Due to a spike in sales, occasionally our inventory will drop dramatically. Moreover, if you are going to purchase a package we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.
