ABOUT SOMETHING IN THE WATER REGIONAL SHUTTLES

We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on a shuttle to Something in the Water!

Buses will run on Friday, April 26 – Saturday, April 27 – Sunday, April 28 with ONE convenient pick up time to get you to the festival out of Chesapeake and Norfolk.

Please remember that this is not a continuous shuttle, the bus will depart at only one time which is listed below.

3- Day passes have sold out, we are ONLY selling single day passes for Norfolk and Chesapeake.

PICK UP LOCATION, PRICING, AND TIMES

Patrons will be responsible for getting themselves to and from pick up location. There are paid and limited free lots in close proximity to pick up locations.

Each line needs to a hit a 25 person minimum in order to go live. You will be notified 72 hours in advance if your line does not reach the minimum. Chesapeake and Norfolk are the only two cities to go live.

NORFOLK, VA

RETURN TIMES FOR ALL CITIES

Friday and Saturday: Buses will stage at 11pm, however they will not leave early unless they are full. Last bus will depart at 12:30am (1 hour 30 minutes after end of show from Virginia Beach Convention Center).

Sunday: Buses will stage at 10pm, however they will not leave early unless they are full. Last bus will depart at 11:30pm (1 hour 30 minutes after end of show from Virginia Beach Convention Center).

SHUTTLE PASS PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of FestDrive. Your digital bus pass will be attached to your order confirmation email. This will be a check in system however, so all you need is ID for check-in.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

GETTING ON THE BUS

To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so all you need is your valid photo ID for check-in. If someone else purchased your shuttle ticket for you, please have purchaser email tickets@busbank.com your name for check in. If you do not have your digital ticket, we can look you up by name.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges prior to 72 hours before the designated departure day. Buses operate rain or shine.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure day of the ride. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for complete details.

Send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the pass for you.

Passes are available for purchase until sold out, or simply no longer available. Due to a spike in sales, occasionally our inventory will drop dramatically. Moreover, if you are going to purchase a package we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.

Futhermore, we guarantee passes. We’ll alert you if minimums need to be met.
