Due to extremely limited parking in the area, SITW will be offering shuttle service that will get you down to Beach Main Stage and back safely and in a timely manner with a convenient pickup location at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater located in Virginia Beach, VA.

• 1 shuttle ticket purchase ($5) = 1 person allowed to ride the Park & Ride shuttle
• 1 shuttle ticket purchase ($5)= 3 days of round trip service from Amphitheater to Beach Venue
• Purchaser must show receipt at Amphitheater to receive shuttle wristband.
• Purchaser MUST keep wristband on to ride shuttle. Lost/removed wristbands will incur a fee.
• Parking at the Amphitheater is included with the Shuttle Pass at no additional cost. You can’t leave your vehicle parked overnight at the Amphitheater.

The Park and Ride Shuttle Pass is PER PERSON which means each person will need to have their own pass. In order to get onto the bus, each person needs to have a Shuttle Pass. The Shuttle Pass is NOT per vehicle.

PICK UP LOCATION

The official park and ride location will be at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater located at 3550 Cellar Door Way, Virginia Beach, VA 23456 and drop right at the Beach Stage Main Entrance.

Parking at the Amphitheater is included with the Shuttle Pass at no additional cost.

PARK AND RIDE SCHEDULE

Park and Ride Shuttles will begin departing at 1pm on Friday, April 26 and run continuously throughout the day. The last shuttle returning to the Park and Ride on FRIDAY after the Festival will depart at 3am.

Park and Ride Shuttles will begin departing at 11am on Saturday, April 27 and run continuously throughout the day. The last shuttle returning to the Park and Ride on SATURDAY after the Festival will depart at 3am.

Park and Ride Shuttles will begin departing at 11am on Sunday, April 28 and run continuously throughout the day.The last shuttle returning to the Park and Ride on SUNDAY after the Festival will depart at 12am.

SHUTTLE PASS PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of FestDrive. Your digital bus pass will be attached to your order confirmation email. You must show your digital bus pass or printed off ticket to get on the bus.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

GETTING ON THE BUS

To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so you will need your valid photo ID and shuttle pass for check-in. If you do not have your digital ticket, we can look you up by purchaser name. If your friend bought your ticket, you will need the digital or printed off shuttle pass, we can also look up by purchaser name.

No refunds or exchanges prior to 72 hours before the designated departure day. Buses operate rain or shine.

Zero tolerance on weapons of any kind including firearms.

Everyone subject to security screening prior to getting on the bus.

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone from ridership based on festival rules and regulations.
