Spring Awakening Shuttles


In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, Spring Awakening Music Festival and FestDrive are proud to offer bus service to and from the festival from Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.

We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on a shuttle to Spring Awakening!

Buses will run on all three days. June 8, June 9, and June 10.

Buses will have a designated shuttle drop-off/pick-up location within the venue lots and close proximity to the main entrance!


Shuttle schedule: Shuttle will pick up at the Hyatt heading to Spring Awakening starting at 1pm and departing every 30 minutes until 6pm. Last shuttle to the fest is 6PM. BUSES WILL DROP OFF, AND PICK UP FOR RETURN TO THE HYATT, AT 15th and LOOMIS.

RETURN: Shuttles return to Hyatt from 2pm through 5:30pm and then again from 8:30pm through 11pm. Please note, the last shuttle leaves at 11pm.


Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Fanzone on behalf of FestDrive. Your bus pass e-ticket will be attached to your order confirmation email. This will be a check in system however, so all you need is ID for check-in. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.


To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so all you need is your valid photo ID for check-in. If someone else purchased your shuttle ticket for you, please have purchaser email tickets@busbank.com your name for check in.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Buses operate rain or shine.

If you have a large group and are looking to charter an entire bus we can help as well. Please email tickets@busbank.com with the following information and we will be happy to provide you with detailed pricing:

You will still have access to the infrastructure set up for the buses listed above allowing you access to direct bus drop locations and official staff support.

At this time, we don’t sell tickets to the events but on each event page, you should find a link to tickets for the event.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for complete details.

Yes. Just send us an email at Tickets@busbank.com to let us know the purchaser, and the new riders name. We will transfer the ticket for you.

Tickets are available for purchase until sold out, or simply no longer available. Due to a spike in sales, occasionally our inventory will drop dramatically. So, if you are going to purchase a package, we recommend that you do so in a timely manner to ensure availability.

Unless otherwise stated, we guarantee tickets. We’ll alert you if minimums need to be met.
